Cake Shop collects device identifiers for analytics, app functionality, and tracking purposes. This data is not linked to your identity. Your game settings and local leaderboard records remain on your device.

Information stored on your device

Cake Shop stores the following information locally to preserve your experience:

• sound and music preferences;
• tutorial completion status; and
• local leaderboard records and game results.

This information stays on your device. It is not sent to the developer or to a remote server.

Device identifiers and their use

Cake Shop and its service providers collect device identifiers (device IDs). These identifiers may be transmitted to service providers and are used for:

• analytics, such as measuring usage and service performance;
• app functionality, such as supporting advertising services and preventing fraud; and
• tracking purposes, including measuring advertising activity across apps and websites.

Collected device identifiers are not linked to your identity. They are not associated with your name, email address, account, or locally stored game records. Cake Shop does not require an account or use cloud sync.

Advertising services and permissions

Cake Shop uses Yandex Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded ads. You can choose whether to watch an ad to revive your current run. Choosing not to watch ends the run and takes you to its results.

Yandex and its service components process device identifiers for the purposes described above. More information about the provider's processing practices is available in the Yandex Privacy Policy.

The app does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. Location collection is disabled.

Data sharing

Device identifiers are shared with service providers, including Yandex, for analytics, app functionality, and tracking. The developer does not sell these identifiers. Your locally stored game preferences, tutorial status, and leaderboard records are not uploaded or shared with these providers.

Apple may process information related to App Store downloads, purchases, diagnostics, or device services under Apple's own terms and privacy policy; that processing is outside Cake Shop.

Data retention and deletion

Cake Shop has no developer-operated server for storing your game records. You can remove local game data by deleting the app from your device.

Device identifiers held by service providers are retained and managed under their privacy policies. Deleting Cake Shop removes local game data but does not automatically delete information already held by those providers. For requests about provider-held information, use the contact and privacy request options in the provider's privacy policy.

Children's privacy

Cake Shop does not ask children to provide names, email addresses, or account information. The device identifier practices described above apply to use of the app. If you have concerns about a child's privacy, contact the developer using the support link on the App Store product page.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
